The Company
Our client is a global business process outsourcing leader, supplying world-class customer care and back-office processes and Technical Support solutions via onshore, near shore, offshore locations across the world. They are looking to recruit a senior level Business Development Manager to sell their range of solutions which also include outsourced call centre solutions.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Business Development Manager role includes:-
* Selling outsourced call centre solutions and consultancy
* Encompasses integrated customer care / back office processing services, inbound, outbound solutions including database management into the Banking Financial Services and Insurance sectors (BFSI)
* Generate new business in the UK selling to end user organisations taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale
* Build a sales pipeline of business opportunities that will ensure that the sales target will be exceeded for the year

The Candidate
* Proven track record in sales with over 3 years outsourcing and consultancy sales experience
* Must have sold call centre solutions and integrated customer care / back office processing services, Inbound and outbound solutions including database management into the Banking Financial Services and Insurance sectors (BFSI)

The Reward
In return, the Business Development Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including a £80k-£90k basic, £150k uncapped OTE, 25 days holiday, car allowance or company car, pension and healthcare.
