The Company
Our clients is a London based recruitment company growing at phenomenal rate, focused on management, commercial, technical and creative hires across digital, ecommerce, software and outsourcing on a pan-EMEA basis. Due to this expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager in recruitment.

The Role
The remit of the Account Manager role includes:
* Working alongside one of the directors, who is focused on client development and winning new assignments
* Experienced Account Manager to help deliver multiple assignments
* Chase CVs, qualify candidates face-to-face and via the phone
* Take ownership for project and deliver shortlists to tight deadlines
* Help to deliver sales and management roles within software and new media markets
* Attend client meetings to probe for new business

The Candidate
The Account Manager skills and experience required for this role:-
* Proactive head hunter - identify, approach and engage top performers
* Proven record of managing a full recruitment lifecycle
* Required qualities, organised, logical, with strong admin skills
* Good knowledge of software and new media
* This role would suit an experienced client-facing researcher looking for more responsibility or established account manager or sales manager who still delivers

The Reward
In return the Account Manager will receive a basic salary of circa £30k basic with a £100k OTE that is also uncapped, plus full range of company flexible benefits. This organisation offer fantastic career development opportunities and potential for a future stake in the business
